This patient underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy, right skin sparing mastectomy, targeted axillary dissection and bipedicled DIEP flap.
7 months later: left breast lipofilling and right breast nipple reconstruction and periareolar mastopexy. Due to have right nipple tattoo.

This patient had right simple mastectomy with axillary node clearance, delayed breast reconstruction with Bipedicled DIEP flap.
6 months later: lipofilling to right breast and left breast symmetrising reduction.
6 months after this: right nipple reconstrucion with local flap.
3 months later: nipple tattoo.
